“My Day” on K.P.

I slacked last week on blog posts, I know! It was a busy week, and I was in Vermont over the weekend.

Below is a comic card of a soldier’s day on K.P. duty. He gets up, goes for a stroll, has a bubble dance, shampoo and massage, chauffeurs, and then goes back to bed.

This card was mailed by Private Albert R. Hagadorn from Fort Maultrie, South Carolina in February 1943.
