Allentown Paper Show Finds

Yesterday was the Allentown Paper Show. This show was WAY bigger than the July show- there were over 200 dealers. The line to get in right when it opened at 9:00 had more than 100 people probably. Below are some of my favorite finds.Dwig Facts and Fancies

A card from the Facts and Fancies series by Dwig, published by Tuck.

Greetings from Duke University, mailed by a soldier from Camp Butner, N.C. in 1943.

Greetings from the Army

Greetings from the Army! Mailed by a soldier in 1943.

Keep ‘Em Flying! Mailed 1942 by a soldier from Miami Beach. A handwritten note in pencil is on the back next to the soldier’s info, Vaughn Jones, about serving overseas and then being killed while training others after coming home.
