Message from a Soldier: Captain Nelson Taylor- Snow White #12

Wash Hands

In the 12th card of the Snow White series, Snow White asks to see the dwarfs hands before dinner.

“Dearest Mike: Mother told me about how chilly it was at your camp and now we are having the same kind of weather here at Camp Tophat. The past few days there has been no rain so that it warms up during the day but almost freezes at night. Love, Dad.”

This card was mailed on September 4, 1945. Camp Tophat was near Antwerp, Belgium and was a processing center for troops going home or to the Pacific Theater.
