Halloween series number 981 is Dwig’s Halloween series. There are six cards, all feature witches and Halloween poems. Of course the witches are not scary and are the typical big hair, fancy dresses, high heel Dwig kind of witch. It is published by J. Marks. I only have one of these Halloween cards, although I saw one on eBay the other day that I almost bid on because it had a relatively cheap starting bid of $9.99, but it was a postmark across the front. When I buy Halloween cards I prefer them to not have postal ink on the front. Great series but can be hard to find sometimes, dealers at shows have had them and want $70 or $80 for them, when I won this on eBay and the others usually go for around $40.
