Book Review: Philadelphia In Picture Postcards

I received the very last copy of this book that Barnes and Noble had in stock. Philadelphia in Picture Postcards is divided by different categories such as street views, parks, etc. Being from the Philadelphia area it was great to learn more about who certain streets and buildings are named after. The book is without color photos and was written in 1990, so it is a little outdated, but still informative. There were several typos, and I wish the book went in a better chronological order. Overall, it was a good read and I think anyone from Philadelphia would like it, even if they don’t like postcards.
