Interesting Postcard Messages- Sent to the Price is Right

I have two postcards that were sent to the Price is Right, and they are coincidentally two consecutive numbers in a linen series of Chicago I collect.

The first is from 1957 and specifies the Sportsman Showcase, and the second from 1958. On Youtube there is a clip of the Christmas Showcase in 1957 that home viewers got to bid on. It gives you an idea of the quality of prizes available and how many there were. I think it’s cool that viewers used to be able to send in a bid!
